About Our Organization

WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT OF OUR ORGANIZATIONS!!!

For 35 years, SURVIVORS OF SUICIDE LOSS (SOSL) of SAN DIEGO County has been supporting people who have lost a loved one to suicide.  We also educate the community about suicide and the prevention of suicide. SOSL provides 13 support groups a month throughout San Diego County for adults.  We offer one-to-one phone or email support and a call-in-help-line for survivors.  SOSL distributes a supportive newsletter to over 2,500 people quarterly, we maintain a Speakers Bureau that participated in 34 speaking events in 2015, and we published a book called Beyond Surviving.
